METHOD OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the conditions of entry. Entrants must enter via the website (www.integritycosmetics.com.au) or attend an Integrity Cosmetics Party, sponsored event or via an Integrity Cosmetics Consultant/representative. To enter, you must either fill in the Member Form on the Integrity Cosmetics website, or a Member Card provided. You may only enter once.
Submission of an entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible. Any cost associated with accessing the website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The promotion commences at on 1 December 2011 and final entries close on 30 June 2012 inclusive. To be a valid entry, all of the necessary information must be included with an entry and the entry must be received by the Promoter during the applicable Promotional Period explained above.
The promoter may in its absolute discretion suspend, cancel or recommence the Competition subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, if:
- for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, or
- the determination of the prize winner or the delivery of the prizes is prevented or hindered by any outside agent or event.
PLACE, DATE & TIME OF MAJOR WINNER SELECTION
The prize winner will be selected at random by a representative of the promoter at 1pm on 10 July 2012 at Integrity Cosmetics, Level 1, 530 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner does not claim the prize within 3 months, the prize will be re-drawn at 1pm on 10 October 2012 at Integrity Cosmetics, Level 1, 530 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
METHOD OF ADVISING WINNER
The winner will be notified by phone within 2 business days of the prize draw and also announced online via our website Page (www.integritycosmetics.com.au) or on the Integrity Cosmetics Face Book page within 24 hours of the prize winner being notified.
NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZE
The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win the following prize:
One Year’s Supply of Integrity Cosmetics Skincare up to the value of $1000. Products are valued at the full recommended retail price as per the website at the time of the entry being drawn. Prizes are valid for 12 months and must be redeemed within 12 months of the prize being drawn.If this prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may, in its discretion, substitute a replacement prize of like or equal value.
All prizes must be taken as offered. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. All prizes are non refundable, exchangeable or transferable. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prizes are valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
The prize winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required with any marketing activities undertaken by the promoter in relation to this Competition.
RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for, and all entrants release from and indemnify the promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the Competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
PROMOTER
The Promoter is Integrity Cosmetics Pty Ltd, ACN 133433851, Level 1, 530 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia. Entry is only open to permanent residents of Australia over the age of 18 years. Representatives (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies and suppliers are ineligible to enter.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data will be collected when you register for the Competition. This information might include your name, date of birth, address, telephone and email contact details.
We will use your personal information for the purposes of the Competition and to add you to the Integrity Cosmetics Member list. We may contact you occasionally for our own market research purposes. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third parties other than for our own marketing and communications purposes without your permission. The promoter reserves the right to change this policy at any time with or without notifying you of the existence of a revised privacy policy.
